Dear GGF supporters, followers and visitors;
Due to the COVID CRISIS, our donations have been decreasing and we are worried about our future.
We are not only feeding the animals at the sanctuary but also the homeless dogs in Lautoka City. This covid crisis has forced many unemployed people to move out of their homes, leaving behind dogs and many dogs have been dumped on the streets because people are no longer able to feed them. These animals are going hungry!
We understand the struggles and hardship for many but we can already see a huge decrease in our vital donations and fear that may be forced to close. We have even cut the salaries of our employees to minimize our costs. We are dedicated to dogs and determined to get through this, but we cannot do it without your help.
We are pleading with you. Please continue to support us so we can continue our vital lifesaving work. We have so many mouths to feed and animals to care for. Donate what you can; even a tiny donation is a lifeline.
We hope you and your loved ones are safe and well. Loads of love from all of GGF Babies & and the teamRun by a small but dedicated team, the Sanctuary is currently home to over 160 dogs and 30 cats. As well as supporting the animals in our care, every year we are faced with numerous cases of neglect, abuse and cruelty. We are saving hundreds of lives, changing attitudes, teaching love and compassion and helping our community. We are devoted to making Fiji an animal friendly Island, where animals and humans can live in harmony. But we can only continue to do this with your help. We currently receive no government aid and have no corporate sponsors. We rely completely on voluntary fundraising and donations to continue our vital work.
